Accessibility Audit (Report Only)
A comprehensive evaluation of a representative sample of your website, using four professional testing tools plus manual evaluation. You receive a written report with all findings organized by severity, WCAG references, and specific remediation recommendations.
Accessibility Audit + Full Remediation (Platform/CMS Limitations Apply)
Everything in the audit, plus we implement the corrections for you. We retest after remediation and provide an updated report confirming the resolution. Includes an accessibility statement for your website.
Annual Accessibility Review
Websites change — new pages are added, content is updated, and plugins change. An annual review ensures that accessibility improvements you've made are maintained and that new issues haven't been introduced.
Accessibility Consulting
For specific questions, ongoing projects, or single-page reviews. Available at an hourly rate for situations that don't fit a standard package.
Consulting
Hourly consulting is available at $95/hour for existing clients and $125/hour for new engagements. Minimum one-hour engagement.

2–3 sites: 10% discount
4–5 sites: 15% discount
6 or more sites: 20% discount

Automated scanning with four professional tools — WAVE, Google Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, and Axe DevTools Pro — used in combination to maximize issue detection
Structured manual evaluation using axe DevTools Pro's Intelligent Guided Tests (IGT), which walk the auditor through checks that automated rules alone cannot evaluate
Hands-on manual testing, including keyboard navigation, focus indicator review, screen reader evaluation with NVDA, heading structure, reading order, form labels, image alt text, and color contrast in context
Written report with all issues organized by severity — critical, serious, moderate, and minor
WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion is referenced for every issue, so you know exactly what standard applies
Plain-language remediation recommendations written clearly enough for any developer to act on
Platform-specific guidance for Squarespace 7.0, Squarespace 7.1, and Duda sites, where applicable
Draft web accessibility statement included with every engagement
Platform Experience
We specialize in Squarespace (versions 7.0 and 7.1) and Duda. If your site is built on one of these platforms, we have tested, ready-to-implement solutions for the most common accessibility requirements — including skip navigation, focus indicators, form labels, and more.
If your site is on a different platform, we can still provide an audit report and remediation guidance — implementation would be coordinated with your developer.
